TONE XPRESSION ~ HERBAL
Our toner contains a blend of witch hazel with 11 specialized herbs ensures the proper preparation of skin before Xpression’s specialized products and/or hydration.
Witch Hazel is unexcelled as an exceptional product for toning and cleansing oily skin.
This soothing, refreshing and mild astringent is recommended for use on oily to normal skin types.
Directions: Apply to a cotton ball and dab onto skin. Allow to dry. Rinse with tepid water. Pat dry. Follow with Extreme, Brilliant and/or Vibrant Xpression.
Ingredients: Purified Water, Witch Hazel, Hyaluronic Acid & a Specialized Blend of 11 Herbs.
